A legacy of trust
One of the oldest banks in New Jersey
In 1893, local businessman William Smith wanted the workers at his Bogota Paper Mills to have a place of their own to bank. With New York banker Victor Ludwig, he opened Bogota Building and Loan on March 31 of that year. More than 130 years later, we are still here for the same reason.
